• Weightwise and more. But Laptop is Created As an advanced computer for your Use Means something drawbacks found in Desktop.
• As per our daily lifestyle Time is money for all of us. And for that, we need everything will be fast to achieve your target as early possible. So everybody trying for the best.
• Now what is Best you will find on a computer for your daily targets.
• Both are working same but for desktop, there are some limitations because of its size only.

You can also select your choice as per your work category.

• If you are working from only home or you have your own business office. Then you could prefer only Desktop. 
• In this case, you are more comfortable with the desktop than Laptop. And your work category is related to computer work but not fixed in one place then you could go for the only laptop.

3. All parts are assembled and Easier to repair, since many IT hardware components like CPU, RAM, Audio, Graphics cards etc are separate parts and can be detached for repair.

5. There is customization easily as A large number of hardware components, allowing one to customize OR upgrade he/her computer as he/she wishes
   
   
6. It is best when it comes to gaming, Desktop PCs are the always 1st option since they offer higher power, higher expandability to allow running of rich-graphic games.
7. Desktop computers have a lower risk of theft, which means less chance of losing your data and having to pay to replace your computer

Disadvantages of Desktop Computers

1. By weight and size way it is very heavy to carry and move to another place.
2. It Consumes plenty of space on your desk. And it required a separate table for permanent basis in your room.
   
   
3. Many visible cables running into the PC e.g. power cable, CPU cable, video, audio, etc.
   
   
4. No backup option in build so must be plugged into a power outlet all time to use.
5. High power Desktop Computers produce noise due to processing in CPU.
6. It’s Needs an all devices separate monitor, keyboard and mouse. For carryout any desktop PC it’s not an easy job for a single person.

These were advantages and disadvantages of desktop computers. 

 

Advantages of Laptop Computers

1.    Portability:  The Main & biggest advantage of using a laptop is portability. You can take it with you to your sofa, bed, chair, desk, car and anywhere else with ease handle.

2.    Backup power: This is another great advantage of laptop computers that they come with battery packs inside. So, you don't need to be connected with power socket all the time to be able to use the Laptop computer.

3.    Weight: Main advantage over desktop PC because PC computers are quite heavy as PC computers consist of a screen, casing containing SMPS and other devices, separate keyboard and mouse. On the another side, these all things are compact in laptop and are much lighter in weight.

4.    Portions: Compact and easy to use of A laptop PC is a single piece of a computer. All parts Keyboard, mouse, screen - are a single piece. It makes it very easy for handling and easily move to another place.

5.    Power: All-time Laptop computers use less power compared to desktop PCs

6.    Advantages of a laptop computer, as compared to a desktop computer: Laptop computers are highly portable and allow you to use your computer almost anywhere

Disadvantages of Laptop Computers

1.    Price: As per price comparison Laptop computers are costlier than Desktop PCs.

2.    Security: This is also a drawback because of its compact size. Since laptops are portable and lightweight, this makes them insecure. Anybody can steal the laptop with ease.

3.    Specifications: Laptop generally have lower specifications (such as RAM, CPU power) compared to Desktop PCs 

4.    Ports: Although most laptops come with most commonly used ports such as VGA, HDMI, USB, there is no extra option to install any other device to your laptop, for example, if you want to install a graphics devise, video cards, TV Tuner-card
